Birner is the largest dealer of vehicle spare parts in Austria. A distribution warehouse was part of a new logistics strategy. It just happens to lie in earthquake zone 4. We provided an impressive, modern concept. Nothing can shake the warehouse any more.

As a steadily growing online store for bags and accessories, every metre of storage capacity counts. With a narrow-aisle picking system, vertical order pickers and special racking that can be operated from both sides, the customer is now exploiting the full potential of its warehouse.

For the order picking of its diverse range of products, Normal A/S opted to expand its fleet with up to 500 trucks, including lithium-ion trucks from the Jungheinrich POWERLiNE range – for maximum performance, maximum safety and maximum comfort. 

Steadily growing order numbers and a large variety of articles prompted bicycle wholesaler Hermann Hartje to restructure. A four-story, expandable high-bay racking system in combination with wide-aisle pallet racking enables the efficient storage of bicycles and accessories.

To increase the capacity and flexibility in Stelten's new warehouse building, situated right on the harbour at Krefeld, we implemented a combined mobile shuttle and racking system connecting old and new storage areas, with the help of Jungheinrich WMS and manual stackers, used in a unique way.

Europe's most important manufacturer of cable, pipe and line bushings, Hauff Technik, relies on the just-in-time principle in its production: a precisely timed tugger train system consisting of an EZS 350 lithium-ion tractor and three industry trains ensures maximum productivity.

For the introduction of the ICE 4, DB Fernverkehr AG expanded its existing train hall in Berlin Rummelsberg. Thanks to a space-saving solution for maximum storage capacity with mobile racking and a very narrow-aisle truck, the spare parts for all ICE series can easily be stored there.

Safer, more efficient and green: Two lithium-ion trucks branded with the famous Irn-Bru logo represent the new all-electric forklift fleet at AG Barr. The softdrink manufacturer partnered with Jungheinrich to increase productivity and improve the eco-balance in all warehouses.

Jungheinrich is building the first PowerCube for electrical und lighting expert Schönenberger on just 400 m2: 11 metres high, with 18,000 storage locations, 8 shuttles and an output of up to 150 picks per hour. If required, this performance can easily be boosted by adding further shuttles. 

From candles to couches, every item from the huge Bohus furniture range finds its place in the new central warehouse. Perfect interaction between shelving systems, conveyor technology and software guarantees that all products find their way to the customer on time. 

The Austrian battery manufacturer Banner GmbH has been swearing by Jungheinrich's automated guided vehicles for 10 years. For even more speed and efficiency in battery production, the new generation of the EKS 215a is now taking over automatic command.

As a market leader in the field of optical devices, Bresser is taking an important step towards the future with the digitalisation of processes. In the new order picking warehouse, mobile racks and lift racks in combination with the Jungheinrich WMS ensure the economical transport of products.

In order to optimally fill 43.000 pallet spaces distributed over 52.500 m² of warehouse space, the Italian large-scale retailer Conad relies on Automated Guided Vehicles in combination with automated palletisers in its logistics centre to transport up to 40 million parcels per year.

Keller & Kalmbach is one of the leading service providers in C-parts management. We constructed and expanded the central warehouse in Hilpoltstein for the Munich-based Company.

Strong company growth moved our Italian customer Orogel to build a new plant where future-proof technology meets sophisticated automation: In the largest automated -25° warehouse, frozen products are now transported more efficiently and sustainably than ever before.

As general contractor, we built two highly efficient automated pallet silo warehouses made of 1000 tonnes of iron for our customer Continental in Slovakia. The result: Space utilisation at the highest level, increased performance and maximum flexibility for the future. 

In the Czech Republic, we developed an automation solution to increase productivity in two sites of the well-known electronics manufacturer FOXCONN. The ERC 215a Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) in combination with an AGV control system significantly increased the turnover of goods.

For the smooth transport of a product range with more than 4,000 articles, we realised a 32-aisle narrow-aisle warehouse in the logistics centre of the DS Group. Enough space for a versatile lithium-ion fleet, which in combination with smart software ensures maximum productivity.
