EJE 114 - 120

The manoeuvrable and economic electric pedestrian controlled trucks from the EJE 1 series are ideal for loading and unloading HGVs as well as the daily transport of pallets over short distances. Due to their compact size and their light weight they are the perfect truck-mounted forklift. The support wheels, installed on each side, increase the stability during manoeuvring. A safe distance between truck and operator is ensured by the low mounted long tiller. This is particularly beneficial when cornering. Our 3-phase AC motors offer high efficiency levels, thus the EJE 1 are available for long operations with constant high performance. With its quick and easy lateral battery change, optionally available from EJE 116, this truck is an efficient companion, even during multi-shift operations. Additionally, the extremely long living lead-acid batteries sustainably reduce operating costs. This new generation of our Jungheinrich classic is thus the premium product in its segment.

Professional battery management

Energy saving 3-phase AC technology in combination with battery capacities of up to 375 Ah allow for particularly long operating times.
Multi-shift operation with the optional lateral battery exchange.

Optimum cornering

Sprung and cushioned support wheels linked via the ProTracLink torsion bar distribute stabilising forces dependent on travel conditions.
Evenly over all wheels during straight-line travel.
Concentrated on the outer support wheel when cornering.

Optimised pallet entry

Forks with fork tips tilted by 3° ensure smooth entry into closed pallets.
A large number of entry and exit aids makes pallet handling even easier. Moreover, all forks have a mark for receiving transverse pallets. This minimises pallet damage.

Lower maintenance costs

Maintenance-free 3-phase AC drive motor without carbon brushes.
Easy access to all components through one-piece front cover secured by only two screws.
Excellent protection against dust and humidity through enclosure of controller and plugs in accordance with IP 54.
ProTracLink: Level equalisation ensures reduced support wheel wear when approaching ramps at an angle.
Wide-tread version (optional): Wide drive wheel and wide support wheels of the torsion bar ensure a safe ride, even on longitudinal joints (e.g. cold store trailers).

Ergonomic tiller head

A clear colour coding system and buttons with abrasion resistant symbols for intuitive operation.
Optimally adaptable grip position.
Crawl speed button on the underside of the tiller arm for quick access and easy operation with the tiller in the vertical position.
Non-contact sensor system with IP 65 protection, hence lowest risk of breakdown.
Rocker switch for consistently good operation in all tiller positions.

2-inch- display with battery discharge indicator, hour metre, error codes as well as a choice of 3 driving programs.
