반자동 셔틀 저장 시스템
파렛트 셔틀은 동일한 파렛트 채널에서 반복적인 저장 및 회수에 매우 효과적입니다. 언더 파렛트 캐리어는 캐리어 트럭 포크 위로 들어 올려져 파렛트 채널에 삽입되며, 저장된 파렛트 아래에서 캐리어 트럭과 연결되지 않은 상태로 독립적으로 이동합니다. 센서가 저장된 파렛트의 위치를 감지하여 새로운 파렛트의 충돌 없는 저장 및 회수를 보장합니다. 캐리어가 이동 중일 때도 지게차 운전자는 더 많은 파렛트를 수집하고 다음 저장 작업을 시작할 수 있습니다.
채널을 완전히 비울 경우, 파렛트 셔틀은 채널 내 각 파렛트를 자동으로 출고 측으로 운반합니다. 여기서 지게차가 파렛트를 제거하여 출고 물품으로 운반합니다. 특정 수량의 파렛트를 출고해야 할 때도 동일한 기능이 가능합니다. 보관 또는 출고 작업이 진행되지 않을 경우, 모든 파렛트를 자동으로 출고 측으로 운반할 수 있습니다.

Shuttle with personal protection system
With larger racking systems, up to 69 different carriers can be selected for simultaneous operation using a hand-held radio terminal. For employee protection, you can equip your pallet carrier system with an optional personal protection system (PSS), preventing unauthorised access to a pallet channel or aisle. Identified automatically, authorised trucks are not prevented from servicing the relevant rack.

The hand-held radio terminal is mounted ergonomically in the operator's field of vision. Operation is made easy with well-organised function buttons and a clear information display. The terminal is suitable for mobile use but can also be operated virtually via an existing radio data terminal touchscreen.
